So as you may have already guessed.. I'm a fashion freak. I'm one of those girls who meticulously picks out each outfit and has a different one for each and every occasion..
I take a lot of my inspiration from a number of fashion icons and I think it's important to do so, to keep in touch with the new trends! So i'm going to give you a run-down of my personal top 5 best dressed women at the moment:
5.) ARIANA GRANDE - I absolutely love the way Ariana manages to pull of her preppy chic look. She always manages to look flawless, even when in her trackies! (something every teenage girl desires). Whether in Brandy Melville or Yves Saint Laurent, every look comes complete with her preppy additions. My favourite outfit was her red and white tartan skirt complete with a plain white tee. (very Clueless-esque..)
4.) OLIVIA PALERMO - next is the gorgeous Olivia Palermo, who is known for her sophisticated designer looks. The well-dressed socialite frequently mixes vintage pieces with bright coloured blazers and adds a contemporary touch to some feminine classics. A particular favourite of mine is the classic ripped denim with a cream, loose-fit blazer.
3.) POPPY DELEVINGNE - although she may not be as well known as her sister, Cara Delevingne; she's a particular inspiration for me. No one other than Poppy could pull of a cute cream lace dress with a rock-chick black leather jacket. In particular I love her original British sense of style, that can also be quite experimental and qwerky. This Topshop Unique outfit is one of my favourites!
2.) ALEXA CHUNG - after seeing Alexa at a talk about personal style at London Vogue Fashion Week a few months ago; I have really started to take ideas from her effortless 'I don't really care' style. Whether at a red carpet event or Glastonbury, she never fails to look less than gorgeous. I love Alexa's London street-chic vibe and it's something that I would love to have as effortlessly as she does. One of my particular favourite outfits of hers is this stunning cream sheer dress, accompanied by nude heels.
1.) SUKI WATERHOUSE - if there was one celebrity I could swap wardrobes with, it would be Burberry model-of-the-moment Suki Waterhouse. I love her sixties inspired looks, with a hint of rock and roll. She is never afraid to make a fashion statement and I particularly love her bohemian vibe (not to mention her totally gorgeous boyfriend Bradley Cooper..) It seems Suki can do no wrong, whether she's flaunting a sharp trouser suit or an elegant show-stopper dress (below). This elegant, plunging, lilac Burberry dress she wore to last year's British Fashion Awards is my favourite.

'Botanics' skincare cleansing mousse & gel-cream REVIEW!
Hello again m'lovelies!
The cleanser is actually a foam which I really love because it's just so easy to apply and wash off! It says that it "cleanses, clarifies and reduces excess oil." I have been using the cleanser, then a toner (not of the Botanics range.. my favourite toner is the Garnier Refreshing Toner) followed by the Botanics gel-cream moisturizer! I am really happy with this product because it is very liquidy (not even a word..) & easily soaks into the skin and dries very quickly!
So 2 weeks ago I was having a wander in Boots and found myself being intrigued by the 'Botanics' skincare range by Boots. I decided to buy the 'Mattifying Cleansing Mousse Shine Away' & the 'Mattifying Gel-Cream Shine Away' from the 'willow bark' collection.. (don't ask) for oily/combo skin but they do also have a purely combination range too, if you don't suffer from oily skin! I don't have a clue what the 'mattifying' part implies, but neither products have a matte texture! Actually I've just read the back of the bottle & it says that the 'willow bark' acts as a clarifier and "helps to unclog your pores, refine skin texture & actively target imperfections.." Ooooh!

I have been repeating this routine on my skin every morning and evening now for 2 weeks & I am MORE than pleased with the results! ..I suffer from quite an oily T-zone and these products combined have worked wonders! My skin is so smooth and not at all oily! I feel revitalized after every use.. Although the one thing I would say is that after the first use I thought my face felt a little stiffer and more tight, but after the second use I didn't notice it again!
Overall I am really pleased with these 2 products and will continue using them in the near future!
Enjoy, Lottie xxx

Topshop BB Cream review!
Heya guys, so I recently bought the Topshop BB Cream from the ever-growing Topshop make-up range, which is actually really growing on me!
So I decided to grab a tube of the 'miraculous' BB (or Blemish Balm) cream whilst in Topshop the other day and have actually been very impressed by it! I have previously tried the L'oreal BB cream too which I really liked, but I thought the Topshop version suited my skin tone more. It comes in 3 shades: 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 and I bought the shade 2.0 (medium).
BB cream is basically a tinted moisturizer which is designed to conceal any blemishes, colour imperfections, moisturize and prime the face before applying make-up. I really like to use this product on days when I'm not going out anywhere important or am not bothered about wearing a full face of make-up, so I just am looking for a quick even coverage ..and this is perfect! It's so easy to apply with or without a brush and it gives a very natural finish unlike some foundations. Also it smells REALLY good.. like lavendary (that's not even a word..)
Overall I am very happy with the Topshop BB cream, however I would say that for the £10 I payed (the retail price) the bottle is fairly small. Despite this, little is needed for an even coverage :) I do know that there is also a Rimmel BB cream on offer for the retail price of £6.99 which is slightly cheaper, but I think the Topshop version is well worth the price! :)
